Marcus Erkel started playing golf when he was 5 years old. Growing up in Arizona, Marcus was able to maintain a love for the game even while playing other sports. Marcus received a BS in Education from Emporia State University and was a teacher for 3 years before taking over the golf professional position at Emporia Golf Course.
